Using Swedish based Massage techniques for relaxation, reducing stress and therapeutic massage targeting muscles and areas of discomfort with increasing blood circulation. This will be a full body massage but focusing longer on those areas that need more attention. (note: multiple sessions may be recommended)

Working with healing crystals and sound to help chakra balance.
